Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to Digiteau Technologies LTD’s mobile application ("STORYA"), designed to generate children's stories with images and audio using artificial intelligence ("AI"). By downloading, accessing, or using Storya, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Storya and immediately submit a request for a refund for the amount paid, including any paid sales taxes.
2. Definitions
Storya: Is the application used on mobile and desktop devices to generate stories images and audiobooks, also referred to as “the App”
Publisher: Digiteau Technologies LTD, the creator, and owner of Storya.
User: Any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses Storya.
Content: The children's stories, images, and audio generated by the AI within Storya.
3. Digital Product and AI Reliance Disclaimer
This application is a digital product that leverages third-party AI providers to generate stories, images, and voice content. As such, the application and its outputs are subject to the inherent limitations and potential inaccuracies of these AI technologies. We do not make any warranties, whether explicit or implicit, that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet the expectations or satisfaction of the user.
In the event of errors, inaccuracies, or dissatisfaction with the generated content, we will provide you with equivalent store credits to generate new content as a resolution. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchased credits under any circumstances. By using this application, you acknowledge and accept these terms and limitations.
4. Parental Responsibility
Storya is intended for use by parents or guardians ("Adult Users") who can vet the Content for appropriateness and safety before sharing it with children.
- Adult Users must review all Content generated by Storya before sharing it with their child to ensure it is suitable for the child's mental and physical well-being.
The Publisher is not responsible for any Content deemed inappropriate or harmful that is shared with children.
5. Use of Content
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content generated by Storya for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Users may share the Content with their children and use it within their family setting.
- Users may not distribute, reproduce, or use the Content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Publisher.

6. User Conduct
Users agree to use Storya and Content responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users shall not:

-- Use Storya to generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate Content.
-- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble Storya.
7. Customer’s Responsibility and Conduct
Users are responsible for the security and proper use of their Storya account. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited. Users must use their real name and contact details and maintain password confidentiality. Any suspected unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
Users guarantee that their orders and usage of Storya comply with legal standards and do not violate third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless STORYA against any claims, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from breaches of these Terms.
STORYA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and report violations to authorities if users breach these Terms. STORYA is not responsible for any resulting losses or damages.
8. Limitation of Liability
-To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Storya or Content.
9. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digiteau Technologies LTD and its affiliates, officers and directors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- User's use of Storya or Content.
- User's violation of these Terms of Use.
- User's infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
10. Termination
The Publisher reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to Storya at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Publisher believes violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, the Publisher, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or to Storya.
12. Changes to Terms of Use
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of Storya after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
